 Camtek Cheshire Ltd accepts no responsibility for the customers internet connection speeds from their ISP (Internet Service Provider) that may affect the way high resolution images are viewed over the internet on remote devices.

At site visit we will run an internet connection speed test to determine your line speed. We recommend a minimum download speed of 10Mbps & upload speed of at least 7Mbps and to have no usage caps.

Camtek accepts no responsibility for the sites LAN (Local Area Network) traffic. Large/hi traffic networks may create slower data transfer speeds resulting in slower responses & data lag.

Faults/discrepancies must be reported to the company within 4 weeks of install. All faults/discrepancies after the 4-week period will be charged at standard rates. Call out fees, parts and labour charges will apply unless there is a maintenance agreement in place. 

Payments & Deposits

We operate a deposit system. A percentage of your quote will be due on acceptance to secure your booking date & equipment. This is generally 40-50% of your quote. A full refund will be issued if you decide to cancel/change more than two days before you're booking. A charge of £75.00 will be incurred if this is less than two days. Deposits are necessary to avoid disruption to our schedule and we are charged by our distribution partners for the return of your equipment should you decide to cancel.
Orders that have been placed and then cancelled that contain customised GDPR/warning signs will be chargeable.

Full payment is due on completion of the works before our engineers leave site.

All equipment will remain the property of Camtek Cheshire until full payment has been received.

Data Protection

Camtek does not accept any responsibility for data protection regulations. It is the system owners responsibility as to how you comply with data protection, including how you capture & handle recorded data.

Camtek are committed to upholding the integrity of the information you share with us and respect the privacy of all our clients and prospective customers, this policy outlines how we obtain, use, share and store your personal information as well as your data protection rights and your right to exercise them.

Our website may include links to third party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow a third party to collect or share data about you. Camtek may make changes to this privacy policy if and when its own or GDPR change, we remain committed to upholding all information rights as set by the regulatory authority and any changes we make will either fall directly in line with or be as a result of any changes made by them.

Camtek will not be held responsible for any system errors/changes that causes fault, that are the result of an administrative change by a system user.
